The only reason I'm giving him 2 stars is because he did not charge me for his horrible advice and not up to date information. He said lots of false information that I called other places and found the truth about. Specifically guardianship and emancipation. He needs to get up to speed on the new laws and practices and get out of the 80s. But super appreciated that he chose not to charge me for our consultation.

Reviewed some real estate documents for me. I guess he did a good job; how would I know unless there is a problem down the road? Price reasonable compared to what some of the sharks in the area wanted to charge for 30 minutes work. I will return if I need legal services again.
