After completion of sanding & staining, the floor was left with different stain marks on the floor & light & dark colors in areas. There were "chatter marks left on the floor " Very Amaturish looking." This was pointed out to Joe & he seemed to care less. He does not back up his work as he says. The name at the top is wrong. It should read Gary C.

Simply Hardwood is the best for hardwood floors! From the initial contact with Joe, he was very timely with our quote and any questions we had. We were informed of progress made and what work would be done on certain days. Our floors were completed in the time frame that was scheduled and they always cleaned up after the work day. Our floors are beautiful and would highly recommend Simply Hardwood to our family and friends!
