Our water heater started leaking over the weekend and we called Silica right away Monday morning. They were there replacing the water heater with a couple of hours of our call. They were very knowledgeable and very caring. We will definitely be calling them back for future needs.

I needed someone to replace a part under warranty on a 2 yo water heater and called several FDL businesses but 2 were too busy, 2 did not work on this brand and finally I tried Silica. Was I glad, they set up appt for the next day, was on time and had the part in under 1 hr for a reasonable rate. He did a professional job and cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend this company and if needed, would call them again.

Excellent. Found my water heater wasn't working and needed a new one.I was out of town at the time, but in 2 phone calls and about 4 hours had a new water heater and they let me pay over the phone.This is my new plumber!!!!
