The project required taking up quite a bit of existing flooring in order to replace damaged & buckling LVP flooring planks on the other side of a room where my 557 pound grand piano sits. Other contractors said the piano must be moved out of the room. I said that cannot happen - I do not want anyone to try to lift that weight load out of the protective cups and roll it out of the room. Phil, Operations Manager, and Natalie, Administrative Assistant, were responsive and patient with my concerns - I never had to wait for an answer. Brent, SCS owner, inspected the damage and said we can do it. And they did. Project manager Conner and Technician Liam did a beautiful job, completed within 4 hours. You would never know.
