I have worked with them on several jobs now--for repairs and remodeling--had every experience has been excellent. They are reliable, do great work, and are a pleasure to work with. Had them put in a new sink faucet. It went in super fast and while on site they also disconnected my dishwasher. Two guys, an apprentice and Master. I would use them again. They also explained why you have to buy parts from them, they get much better parts than you get online or at home Depot so they only guarantee when they buy. I confirmed that you can buy the "same model" for cheaper than Butler offers but the parts are really not the same like they told me. Plastic versus brass...
