I came into clinic for a routine exam last week. I found dr Patel to be rushed and not able to take the time to talk to me about my necessary surgery. It just seemed that he didn't want to take any time to discuss anything. I felt like I was rushed through the portion of my exam with the Doctor.

The service and care shown by everyone there has been exceptional. Our son (6 years old) has PTSD and the ladies here have been very gentle, patient, and friendly. He won't go anywhere else and we won't try. They also help adjusting our glasses without an appointment when my frames loosen or his no longer really fit his growing face.

I have received exceptionally good service and knowledgeable advice on numerous occasions from all the staff at the UW Health Optical Shop at University Station. (The Eye Care Clinic staff have been excellent, as well.) Special thanks to Geoff, Amanda, Dina, and Dara for all your help with glasses & contacts, and a shout-out to Betty (Regent Optical Shop) and Alec (Deming Way Optical Shop), too. Highly recommended!
