We really enjoyed working with Universal, we can say enough great things about them! They were timely, professional, and did an exceptional job. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for electrical work to be completed at their home. Robert our technician was exceptional. Universal Power installed a charger for our new Chevy Bolt.They were very easy to work with. They promptly responded to my request, gave me an estimate within a few days, and installed the charger a week later.Our house was a pretty easy install (200 amp service with available space, a short run from the breaker to our parking spot). They hardwired a Grizzl-E charger to an exterior wall next to our driveway.Chevy covered the entire cost of the install, so I never even received a bill—it was sent to QMerit as a “Standard Install”.All in all, I’m very satisfied with their service. Super helpful and fast to respond. Very helpful in my time of need and rates are reasonable when many companies have decided to raise rates. Will use them again and highly recommend them.
