I built a computer from parts and ended up with a hardware issue. I took it into the shop and they diagnosed the faulty part, and were open to communicating with me throughout the process.
Ultimately I decided to retrieve the computer and install a replacement motherboard myself. They were understanding and had the computer put together and ready to pick up between the time I made the call to when I showed up at the shop twenty minutes later.

Great Service and Knowledgeable Professionals. I supplied the parts and they assembled the computer. They even replaced a part that wasn't going to work with one they had in stock. This computer should last a long time!

I spilled a cup of tea on my laptop that was storing a large amount of un-backed up data from my PhD research. While there was too much damage to the logic board for the Madison Geeks Group to repair the computer in house, they coordinated a repair with a third party that was able to fix it microchip by microchip. They took care of everything including communicating the problem with the third party to get a quote, packing and shipping the computer, and handling the payment to the third party.
