This is my favorite gym -- anywhere, ever. The Zoom classes are amazing, and Rebecca and Jeff are so much fun to work out with. I recommend this place. You will get personal attention.

I feel so grateful to have discovered The Fit. They make getting fit fun, interesting, and rewarding. Since joining I have benefited immensely physically and mentally. Aside from looking better, I feel really good about my achievements. I consider Jeff and Rebecca as friends. I recommend this gym 100%. Thanks!

The Fit has been a great place to work on strengthening, endurance, and building friends in the Madison community. Unlike most gyms where there are people, but no ones talking to each other, the Fit is a great place to work out and meet neighbors, friends, etc. It's also been key to injury prevention for my post competitive running career.
