I have used Terminix services in many homes I have lived ni across the country. Rob Brockmann is the best service technician I have ever had service my home. Make sure you keep him!
We normally have good service from Terminix and they get the job done pretty well. Terminix exception processing is terrible. Too many fumbles when we want want the schedule changed and the process, from a customer point of view, is more complex than it should be. Terminix needs to do some work in this area. The product is fine for what it's designed to do but a few more minutes of active spraying would make a real difference.Service: Mosquito extermination
