Lets be honest, whenever we are calling a service like this, we typically have a current issue. When I called, the receptionist was courteous and quickly got a technician out to my property because she understood the urgency of the situation. The technician arrived before I got back from work and was clearly knowledgeable about the wasp issues. He conducted a thorough inspection of our property, identifying problem areas I hadn't even noticed.
