Jeff was responsive, extremely knowledgeable, and committed to providing the best service possible. He took time to ask questions, educate me, and make sure we're treating the right pest. He's honest, kind and fair. I give him 11 on a 10 point scale. For now, I am not sure I need an exterminator, but if I do,calling Jeff every time.

PPE has been truly excellent. I manage public housing and a retirement community, and using national brands to combat our pest problems was not working. We called in Carson and Jeff to get a comparative quote and immediately started using them. PPE used different methods than the national brand, and my residents reported drastic differences within a months time. After several months our problems are minimal and the residents rave about the service. They did such a wonderful job interacting with our residents and effectively combating our bugs that I have started to use them on other properties as well.
