“Kita at Blue Lotus Tattoo and The Piercing Lounge used her own time to fabricate a tool that allows me to remove my nose piercing with one hand. She was so kind and patient with me as we practiced using the tool until I got it. She made modifications and was so knowledgeable. She went above and beyond. I'm so grateful for her.“
