Very welcoming staff and clean and professional office. I saw MidWife Thy Tran and couldn’t have been happier. She made me feel extremely comfortable as she was very welcoming and easy going to talk to. Highly recommend

I have no idea why it never crossed my mind to leave this clinic a review prior to today. They are ABSOLUTELY amazing. I originally went here a couple years ago to establish a PCP, which I did with Laney. She was so thorough and conscious of everything I said and heard my concerns without second guessing me.

Then when I got pregnant with my first child, I transitioned to the Madison Midwives upstairs (Christine Kern, Kim Erickson and near the end of my pregnancy Emily Jalabert). I had the best experience here for the first time ever. I normally have a panic attack and sob the whole time and i didnt shed a tear. I met the friendly desk staff, and then tonya was amazing and made me feel incredibly comfortable, kim was so so so receptive of my concerns, responded and treated me with kindness, validation, and offered solutions. I didnt feel like a burden and i felt very respected. Their patience, empathy and willingness to go above and beyond while making it seem like the obvious norm.
