“Having recently moved to Madison, I was in search of a convenient place to wash my dog, Max. With a numb arm, washing him at home is quite challenging and not particularly enjoyable. I found the pet bath station and it was an absolute game-changer.

The facility is exceptional—truly a blessing. I was able to bathe Maxwell with ease, thanks to the variety of shampoos and conditioners available. The towels for drying were heated, adding an extra touch of comfort. The provided combs and grooming supplies made the task effortless, and the final fur spray left him smelling delightful.

Not only will I return for future washes, but I also plan to purchase treats and toys from this store. The cleanliness, organization, and impressive selection of inventory make it a top choice, with great value for money. Thank you for such a fantastic service!“

“This was our first visit to East Clinic. While the doctor was gentle with kitties and thoughtful, I don’t think I’ll be returning.The front desk person wasn’t too welcoming when I walked in originally, which is fine if that’s how they want to conduct themselves to new patrons. However, it did not give me reassurance this is a right place for my beloved pets.Secondly, I was a little pressured to scheduled an appointment right away for blood and teeth work. My cats are healthy and have a little plaque. I won’t pay $1500 per cat to do this. In nature cats live just fine being exposed to all sorts of risks and as long as domestics cats do without any care. I understand they try to do their job, but be aware a lot of services clinics offer aren’t necessary, unless there is a serious health issue.I appreciated that my cats received two mini pillows with cat nip. They started engage with it at home right away and hopefully getting relaxed after the appointment.“

“As an employee of the west side location, I can honestly say that all of the employees know what they're doing. The master groomers really know what each breed should look like groomed. The owner Lis really trains her employees to be "the best of the best". This is the only place I know of that gives Facials to the dogs. Each groomer here will do rehabs on dogs that are a challenge on the grooming tables. We even have doggie daycare, for all the dogs. Especially, the puppies or if they have never been groomed before. They always let them adjust to the sights and sounds, before they're even on the grooming tables. I love how we're really the only spa that lets the dogs roam around freely, instead of kennels. Dogs are only put in kennels is to completely dry off or the owner asked for everyone's safety. I enjoy how I help everyone out, when I can get the dogs used to being picked up or having their feet lift and touched. Getting dog kisses is just a great bonus to working here.“
