“City dog vet has been by far, the best vet I’ve seen in Madison. Both Dr. Stevens and Dr. Roberts are compassionate, knowledgeable and so helpful. They’re thorough, welcoming and all around spectacular. Additionally, they make themselves available for a phone call if I have questions or need follow up care that doesn’t warrant a second visit. Their staff follows up after every appointment to see how your pet is doing, and my pup has never been in better hands. Additionally, I find their recommendations to be honest and helpful, not at all like a money grab. If I ask about the necessity of something, I get an honest answer and recommendation. I moved out of state and was so sad to leave this vet, but Dr. Stevens was kind enough to refer me to a new vet he recommends to get established. I like that they are cat people and understand they are all different. People complain about the price but you can’t put a price on knowing your cat is being properly taken care of. To me not having to wait, getting into a room right away, the professionalism of the staff and the compassion I feel from the vet for my cat is well worth the $17 more my vet bill costs me a year.“
