Very appreciative that they were able to schedule me with relatively short notice. Crew lead by Zach was great. Very friendly, professional and efficient. They went beyond my expectations and cleaned a difficult skylight in the process. Nice to support a family-owned business, too. Would highly recommend New Concept!

First time client. Extremely satisfied! Great group of guys. They were polite , friendly and professional. My windows look fabulous. So clean and shiny. Gutters cleaned and needed it badly. Fixed a screen on my back door. Extra services are a plus.

We have our windows cleaned each spring and fall. It feels like a luxury, but adds so much nice light. You just can’t do it yourself as well or fast, and it is reasonable.
We are always happy with the crew and service !
