Wow. I could sing Lloyds praises forever. I met him through my Uncle who takes his finances seriously and doesn't trust just anyone. That's another high compliment to Lloyd's character. He treats you like family, is easy to reach, responds very quickly and really goes above and beyond with his clients. Our family is so fortunate to know him and he has become a great friend as well. Highly recommend this group!

I was very impressed and happy after we able to see both Lynne Mason and James Tarp. I know tax time is super busy for preparers and I therefore keep my expectations low and patience high. I never expected that you, Lynne would have our tax filing done by the seemingly quick and arbitrary date when we happened to have our investment appointment with James. And to top it off, we were able to discuss the conclusion for our tax process after our investment appointment with James. While one could hope for such amazing efficiency and convenience, I never ever expected that under these circumstances. And to make it even more remarkable, just days before the taxes were done I sent in a last minute change. We had gotten a tax form that was mailed to us very late, so I sent it to Lynne the same day and that late change was incorporated into our completed filing. While were open-minded about our appointment with James, I did not expect we would be needing to move any money or make any new investments. And here too our James also greatly exceeded our expectations. We had this massive Trust document about which we had the vaguest of understandings. While James appropriately explained he does not give legal advice, he was able to explain in plain language, the purpose and uses of a Trust in a way we understood it like never before. This truly was full customer service without earning any money from us from new investments. For both Lynne and James, we had such comfortable, friendly discussions it was extremely easy to feel at home and trust their advice. Friendly service and a personal touch seems so obvious that everyone should use them, but they are rare, especially to the degree that we experienced with Lynne and James. Reflecting on this, another key word comes to mind, authenticity.
