So far I have only been to one session at the West side location, but the staff there is so nice! There was a mix up with my appointment and they were still able to squeeze me in even though they had to stay later to do so. Thanks again to Caroline (she is normally at a different location) and Liz for helping me out! They were super nice and made me feel very relaxed :)
