Mad City is very detailed when showing their products and how their products are made. They warrant everything unlike other companies where there's things left out. The warranty also goes to the new owner if you sell your house .Mad City comes back to your home to repair anything upon your request. I've had nothing but great success with mine you customize your own shower, tub or entire bathroom. Mad City makes their own products in their own warehouse.
Dave was a very nice pleasant individual to work with. He had many years of experience and clearly knew his trade. He was very tidy and clean. If I were to have another install by Mad City, I would love it if Dave were to be the installer again.
