I had a phenomenal experience with Lynnle. I had always believed that my hair was just "naturally" oily and unruly. Lynnle knows the art of hair, and equally important, the science behind healthy hair. She suggested the cleansing treatment as we discussed cut options, and I could not be happier. Along with my new textured cut, I never thought my "naturally boring, limp" hair could look this great. I usually get highlights when I feel like I need a change, but for the first time in a while, I want some time to bask in this joy of my hair's natural potential. Lynnle is very friendly and definitely knows what she is doing, I think she did a great job.
There was a mix-up on the charge amount but Lynnle took the time to work it out with me.

I normally get my hair cut 5 to 6 months out at the usual cheap cutters, they don't know asian hair and would mess it up.
