Janet is a consummate professional that does great hair (and eyebrows), has great music, stellar ambiance, and I always leave her salon feeling and looking great. Most salons are sterile and boring where people speak in hushed tones, the music is from the radio, and you are drinking coffee from a paper cup. That is NOT Lust Beautyworks. Janet and her shop have tons of personality to match her years of talent. You should definitely trust her with your hair. I have a naturally blonde hair but go in to get it toned and bleach every couple months. The process is always less painful and more swift than it has ever been in a previous salons. She also sells quality products that do what they claim and are well worth the money. Book online through Vagaro, and remember she isn't open Sunday or Monday.

I came to madison wi from philly pa,for my friends wedding. my friend made us appts with janet on the fourth of july morning, so that was awesome that she was able to fit us both on her schedule the morning of a holiday! Janet was super friendly and made getting our hair done a super fun experience! I loved the color she put on my hair! I will definitly come see her again if i am ever in madsion wi!!!!

I get my hairs cut here by Hilary when I'm in town because she's got all the cool hair cutting tools and she knows how to use em. Always an enjoyable interaction, and an equally enjoyable haircut. Also worth noting, I've always been pleased with the way the haircut looks after it's grown out (hard to find). Highly recommended
