I ordered 66 boxes of white oak flooring from LL'S website. I had excellent communication with both the store manager and the delivery crew. The material was delivered exactly when it was promised, and it was unloaded and stacked neatly in a very professional manner. I would recommend LL to anyone who is considering installing a beautiful hardwood floor.

Great ProductGreat InstallTERRIBLE service when coordinating the install/deliver through the store. If you are buying the product and installing yourself, this location is fine. If you are looking to have it installed - I'd suggest anywhere else.Examples from my experience:1. Installer came out to provide quote - Great work from installer, however the shop "lost the quote" and didn't follow up with me.I had to call to follow up.2. I placed the order in person - product was great. The store got the order but didn't call to let me know. It sat at their location without any update given.I had to call to follow up.3. Good product, but the store was unable to locate my order for 4 weeks and unable to give firm delviery deadlines on shiping me the rest of my order. Seems like the inventory control at the store location needs reviewed.
