I went in for a very specific concern, not knowing that Kara worked on another area that improved the area of concern! Kara is extremely knowledgeable about the body and I felt 10 times lighter in mind/body after I left. I love her spirit and passion for helping others, not only with massage therapy but caring for the body/mind as a whole.

I’ve worked in many different industries including spas, yoga studios, hotels like the Ritz Carlton, and of course private practice. No matter what the industry, my intention has always been to help my clients heal and attain better health. I specialize in working with pregnant woman, survivors of abuse and people with chronic health conditions.
