Over the years the communication and service delivered has declined. There is a lack of consistency and clear communication. The cleaners are kind and do a great job but with the poor organization and awful communication it makes their job harder and puts the client in a difficult position. I would not recommend this business due to the lack of communication, no follow through, inconsistency, last minute changes, and lack of trust with clients from the owner.Service: Standard cleaning

Service declined significantly in the last 8 months or so - they were great for awhile. The cleaners themselves did a good job, but the business seems poorly managed. We had multiple cancellations in a row without rescheduling. The owner wouldn't respond to messages and then had confusing communications, for example, it's too cold so we can't do an interior clean today (??). With no notice, the owner has now decided to close the house cleaning side of the business. It's probably for the best given all of these issues.Service: Standard cleaning

I had monthly cleaning scheduled, but MANY times the owner would email to cancel and reschedule day of. Notified me the day of the cleaning that they were just "done" due to a team "moving to greener pastures". When the did come, they were often late, but did a decent job (its a small job).Service: Standard cleaning
