I have been using Grakei maids for years now. They are always extremely professional, and do a great job! I just got home as Araceli and her team were finishing. The house looks and smells perfect (which is hard to achieve with my two munchins living here). She also took the time to make sure I was satisfied. She even apologized for a situation two weeks earlier that was our fault not hers. Our garage combination's batteries died and the team couldn't get in to clean. They called, I changed the batteries, and they came back the next day to do the cleaning. Great service, Grakei and Araceli. I'm a grateful and loyal customer!
