I had been a patient with GHC since I was born, and last year’s experience made me switch to a new provider.
First, I want to say I really liked my primary Sarah S. She was great and the only reason I’m giving 2 stars.
If you see anyone other than your primary, even if they are on the same team, expect them to dismiss concerning symptoms and make you wait until you can see your primary (who is most likely booked for months).

Myself and my wife and two daughters have had GHC insurance and have primarily been using this facility for almost seven years. In that seven years we have seen many dozens of providers and staff members. Nearly all care and interactions have been wonderful and caring. Thank you, GHC, for all you’ve done for me and my family.
