Eye Contact is a great place for your eye care. Everyone is very nice and professional and puts one at ease. The doctor provided me with invaluable information for my eye care. I am very pleased that I went to Eye Contact.
I've been looking for a professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable eye contact doctor for some time, and finally found them! My exam was smooth and the doctor spent a lot of time getting to know me and working toward a 20/20 prescription. They use modern diagnostics so I become a more informed patient. The office/showroom has friendly staff front and back, is very clean and modern, and I appreciate the automated scheduling and follow up features. Contrary to some other reviews, I found the staff very transparent about the prices of various procedures.
Very pleased! The team at Eye Contact got me in to see Dr. Nelson an hour before my flight departure to an off the grid, 5 day White water rafting trip. I woke up this morning with an aggravated left eye. I thought it’d be fine. Had to attend a funeral and after it wasn’t better by the end of the funeral I figured the middle of the wilderness is not a great place to be with an eye issue. I called them and they said to come right away. Exceptional service like this will not be forgotten!
