The hygienist Julie was super nice, attentive and gentle during my dental x-rays and cleaning. I really appreciated that she would explain every step and ask my consent before going ahead with it. Great experience.
Recently called for a dental emergency. Not only were they able to get a new patient in today, but they fixed the problem too! I’d seen a different dentist days before coming here and that clinic really scared me and was not suitable for anyone with any sort of nerves. Not here! They kindly explained answers to every question I had, made sure I understood what the plan was and agreed, and also took the extra time to make me feel comfortable and safe. The dentist pulled my wisdom tooth out before I even knew he had a real hold on it. It was fast, painless, and I felt secure the whole time. Highly recommend this place! All aspects of my first visit to Dental Health Associates, from scheduling the appointment (was a bit of an emergency), checking in, the health care provided by Dr. Kolker and supporting staff!, attending to the financial aspect, scheduling of the followup appointment, etc.) were sterling! Highly recommended!
