Dales Heating replaced our A/C and furnace last September. They were very responsive, flexible, respectful, and easy to work with. However, the thing that truly set them apart was that 10 months later when our A/C stopped working on a hot Sunday, the owner came out himself within 20 minutes of receiving our call and fixed the problem, even though it was not actually an issue with the A/C unit he’d installed. We were so impressed that he dropped what he was doing on a Sunday afternoon to help us!

I got my gas line installed for my new gas range and it was all done fast and professional. I like working with the local businesses and got great service. Got my service book within a week and the job done in an hour or so.

We had them install a furnace and a/c for our condo 2 years ago and they have been great about our follow up care needs. For a small local company they really go above and beyond!!
