I hired a contractor who ordered my flooring from CS4. My contractor failed to complete the job, miss-cut pieces, wrong transition strips, failed to show up when he told me he would. I finally went to CS4 Flooring & Design for help and Mikayla at CS4 went above and beyond to get the product ordered to replace the miss-cut pieces & ordered the correct transition strips. Her boss Jeff came out to make sure everything was ordered correctly as Mikayla was in a meeting. Mikayla came out last Friday night with one of their reputable installers to complete the job. She was very professional, knowledgeable and helped me get my job completed. I was very happy and satisfied. I highly recommend going to them for any flooring needs. Their customer service was amazing.
