Zac Berntsen was my floor Consultant. When I came into the store he explained the different types of pads and flooring. I was glad he shared that information because I had a dog. He gave me a few samples to take home.
He scheduled Dennis who was a field measurer to come to my condo. He was excellent in which he drew pictures of the spaces that were going to be carpeted.
After I decided on the carpeting, Zac went through the paperwork with me. He also emailed the documents to me, so I could review them. The products and selection at Coyle Carpet One are well worth your time if you are shopping around for the perfect color and style. As great as the products are, they are surpassed by the service. My purchase was quite small, just a kitchen backsplash, but I was made to feel like the most important person in the showroom. My sales person, Grant, carried sample boards to my car, was responsive each time I called, and served me with skill and care. Next time I buy tile, it will definitely be at Coyle Carpet One.
