Wonderful experience with Dr Schroeder and Techs Brea and Steve. They are skilled, kind and compassionate. All are excellent communicators. I have the utmost confidence in them. Melissa who greets us when we arrive is friendly and caring. And the resident clinic animals (sweet Siamese kitty and African grey parrot) are delightful additions. They are all so supportive and helpful as we navigate end of life care for my sweet older dog. I’m so glad we have them!

I wouldn't go anywhere else in Madison. I've been taking my pets here for five years and have always had top notch care. The staff is amazingly friendly, very caring and very knowledgeable. My old lady dog is living her best life thanks to the care and support they have provided. Thank you so much for being here!Love Justin & Breezy !

I just want to shout out this office for being super helpful. I parked on the street and got my car towed (my fault). It was literally the first time I ever had a car towed so I went to the front desk and asked if they knew who to call. The receptionist was SO NICE and looked it up the phone number on her computer and let my friend and I hang out in the waiting area while we got it sorted out.If they're this great with random people who walk in off the street, then I can only imagine how amazing they are with patients and owners.
