Luis is an amazing trainer! He is very creative and methodical when he puts your workout together. He is motivating when he challenges you to push because he knows your potential. He always has another suggestion or modification for an exercise if needed. I always look forward to my next workout

Luis is the best trainer you can get in Madison. I have worked with him for 3 years and he is literally perfect. Always on time, never cancels, gives me tons of help and advice on all areas of fitness, strength training, diet and health. I learned tons from him, and love working out with him! He keeps me healthy!

After trying a ton of fitness options (i.e., hot yoga, barre, pilates, open gyms) I felt really lost about what worked best for my body and also what my actual fitness goals were. I contacted Luis and we were able to setup a meeting that same week at my gym. My first impressions of Luis were that he was extremely friendly, professional and truly cared about all of his clients.
