My partner and I went here to pick up bona products for our floor DIY. The customer service is OUTSTANDING! Not only did they help us select the right products, the color and finish that we’d like, they also gave us a tutorial on how to best apply the products.
As a first time DIY it was a little daunting and these guys showed us how to make it easy!
We ended up with no splotching or discoloration and did a roughly 800 sq ft area. Also prices were reasonable and they let us return the extra unopened product we had bought just in case!

The nicest people! I had the best experience with the staff at Blake Stevens Flooring! I emailed with my questions and was told they would have what I needed at their Madison location that was closest to me. When I arrived they were super helpful and lead me in the right direction in choosing the products I needed for my diy hardwood refinishing project! They were not pushy at all and even helped me figure out what wood I needed to purchase to best match my current hardwood in an unfinished area! They were very knowledgeable and gave me tips to help with my project! I will update with photos when the project is finished :)

I called to purchase white oak flooring and spoke to a woman named Debbie, who was very helpful from the start of our conversation. She explained what I would need, and the overall timing of ordering, getting the flooring to the house, and having it adjust to the climate of our home before it was laid. I appreciate all the help. As I write this, the floor is getting installed, and it is stunning! Thank you! (By the way, the quality of the rift and quarted white oak is beautiful!)
