During my very short time with them(relocated states) I have had nothing but the best people and care, especially my girl Trish(hopefully I spelled your name right.) I am Mexican American and I didn't have not one issue regarding race issues as they are a little diverse in their staffing as well. My only complaint during the short time was, no one tried to help me with housing... One of the main reasons I had to leave. Other than that 5/5 from food pantry, pharmacy, all great! Kevin is a pretty good one as well. Really they all are in the Madison location. Highly recommend!!
I'm surprised no one has reviewed this business yet. This is a NEEDED community health clinic not only in Madison but throughout all of Wisconsin as well. The clients who live here require their services. ARCW, now Vivent Health, provides medical, dental, legal, mental health, and case management services to those living with HIV and AIDS. The organization boasts the best record in the nation as far as the health and longevity for clients and patients, as of 2019. The clinic also houses a food pantry and supports many outreach activities, as well as participates in many community fundraising events, and provides Lifepoint, an evidence-based needle exchange service, which is free to the public. This organization just partnered with St. Louis Effort for AIDS and Rocky Mountain CARES (Denver), and will likely merge with other organizations in the future. The only negative I have to mention is their Glassdoor rating from present and past employees, who all seem to say the same thing: it's a great place to work if you're in it for the clients and patients, but not a great place if you're looking to be treated well via benefits or from superiors.
Been with the agency since last october and the have helped in do many way from they're food pantry, to primary care, to housing help, to mental health, and even the pharmacy, there to was really great too very polite group of people there
