My water heater failed on Sunday night. Lygia responded almost immediately to my email request for service while traveling back from holiday!! Monday morning my new unit was installed by Robbie who is fabulous, polite and friendly ?. The other companies I reached out to were just beginning to call in as S&S completed the work. I'd give 10 ?s if I could. Excellent service at a fair price ?!!
