Until a year ago, I NEVER would have considered myself a Crossfitter. But here I am, getting stronger every day. Janelle and the other coaches are super supportive and are willing to help you adjust the workout based on where you are physically. If you need help finding the motivation to work out, or to work out harder, this is the place you need to be.

I am so glad I found Alyatt CrossFit. After the Pandemic, I found myself having a hard time getting back on track with my exercise and nutrition. I considering joining a gym and getting a personal trainer, but instead decided to give CrossFit a trial week. I am so glad I did! What I liked was that each workout could be scaled to what I could currently do. The positivity, coaching, and accountability is what made me stay. I joined Alyatt to get more regular and structured workouts and ended up with an amazing coach/owner, a great community of friends, and a general enjoyment of working out. I have learned a ton in my short time being there and can’t wait to continue to grow. I cannot remember the last time that I set personal exercise goals that actually felt achievable. Being surrounded by an amazing CrossFit family not only has pushed me but has reignited my love for fitness and I have every intention to continue my CrossFit journey at Alyatt!
