When it was my turn, Kristy patiently listened to what I was hoping for and helped formulate a plan that would combine my desires with upkeep considerations as well. I was going from very long hair (2+ years since a cut) to a style above my shoulders. She was a wealth of knowledge as far as how hair responds at different lengths and provided good advice about what length we should aim for. She was very friendly and personable. When she was done, I was so impressed by how well she got the exact length and style I hoped for. When we got home, my husband was super impressed by both of our new hair styles.
