“I had someone come out to check noise on start up of air conditioner. Of course it wouldn’t make noise then. Couple days later it started doing it again so I took video and took it in to Hovland. I talked with Glenn and he listened to noise and diagnosed it. I will be talking to someone about getting a new AC. Old one is over 30 years old, so I guess it is time to replace. “It was the first year our pool needed to be winterized at a property I manage, I was scrambling to find someone to assist as the weather was getting colder. I had two gentlemen come out within a day and they were amazing. Being a young female and managing items like maintenance can be a struggle as most vendors just want to get the job done and leave. CCS was the only place that asked me a couple questions to help me rule out a few things on my own so that they wouldn't have to come out.
