I came to them with a very odd request. I asked them to try and dry out my hot tub cover styrofoam. It was water soaked and instead of weighing around 50 pounds, it weighed in the neighborhood of maybe two to three hundred pounds. They tried for a week and got some water out but not enough to make a difference. They were extremely friendly, carried these panels into their shop and then loaded them back in my truck when I picked them up and didn't charge me a dime! They told me before I dropped them off that if they could not do the job. there would not be any cost. Where do you find a company like this anymore??? Right in Lake Geneva.
