Best boat rental and cheapest on the lake! The crew was thorough in teaching operation of the boat, making sure everyone knew where life jackets were located, the laws of the lake, and all the other rules a normal person wouldn't know. This bunch operated like a finely tuned machine, getting the boat ready to go from the end of one rental coming in, to fuelling, cleaning it and making it ready to go out again. Would definitely rent from here again!

I have never had worst customer service anywhere. First of all, the boat they gave us was falling apart. When we first when off, the staff had to try repeatedly to get the boat started. It finally took three of them to figure out what was wrong. When we pulled away from the pier and later stopped to swim, we couldn't get the boat started. It took us twenty minutes to get it started again and we had to keep stopping to restart because the engine was flooding. Because we couldn't get it started, we were twenty minutes late returning it and the manager was HORRIBLE. She was incredibly rude. Don't bother with this rental place. I've called three times, left a message, and emailed. I have not received a response of any kind. When we went to Lake Geneva at 327 Wrigley Drive, I asked the other boat rental places about Milligan's Island Rental. They said they were not familiar with it. Terrible customer service. Based on some of the other reviews, forget it.
