As far a reception both on the phone while booking as well as arriving in person, we were not made to feel welcome. In fact we were asked to step aside so another guest behind us could be checked in. Wow! Both of the receptionists were hyper focused on their job and clearly not able to receive 2 guests or make us feel welcome.“
