There carpet cleaning is exceptional, each time they cleaned I was very happy. However, the last time they were here there was an accident where the siding was melted on my home, when I called, the person I talked to basically denied they could have damaged the siding, after she spoke with her employee he admitted he most likly did the damage from the exhaust of the cleaner motor. After I had the siding repaired I sent them the bill and they only paid for half of the cost.Services: Carpet steam cleaning

From the first phone call they were polite and professional. They worked directly with the warranty company and I did or paid nothing. Alex the technician was polite and explained the process.
