Elaine was soooo helpful and definitely on the same page as I was. She was so kind and pleasant over the phone considering I called from 8hrs away and couldn't actually see the arrangement. For being last minute they sure did go above and beyond to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted. Even delivering them today in the next few hours. How's THAT for customer service for last minute customers like me!!! Life is always busy it's good to have places that WOW you and meet all of your expectations.....thank you Elaine for your service and understanding exactly what I was wanting.
