I really wish I could give zero stars for how pathetic this business is. I remember receiving great timely service years ago, but this year on Sept 17 I called because my furnace wasn't working. Joe was quick to answer and stopped by within a few hours. He looked things over and determined it was a bad gas valve, but he did not have a replacement and would get one ordered. A week later I had not heard from him so I called back and he said there was "a delay in the shipping" I figured that was fine and expected it by the next week. Don't use these guys, Joe came by and said my gas valve on my furnace was bad, but he didn't have the part so he would need to order it. I figured it would only be a short wait. That was back on September 17th. I called him a week after and he claimed there were "delays in shipping" and I foolishly believed him. I ended up calling and leaving messages another 4 times over the next month and he never answered or returned my calls. I ordered the part myself and it arrived in 3 days. Pathetic excuse for a business. Plenty of professional heating companies in the area who will serve you better. Don't bother with this absolute tool.
