The installer was great, talked to us and let us know the process. The plumber that helped him was a great person to talk with explained what he had to do. The person who stopped by and showed us the different things that could be done was nice to talk with not pushy at all. The only reason I couldn't go 5 stars is the fact they offer nothing for the veterans
