The main lady was so unbelievable rude and unhelpful. Before I could even say anything she immediately tells me that she needs a signed company of prescription. I started to talk and state that I have it here in my patient portal and could get it to her but instead she cut me off now talking about needing hard copy. I just turned around and walked out. Last time, I didn't have this problem at all. She completely could have helped me and I could have given her what she needed but she just didn't want to be bothered to help me. Verydisappointing.

The clerk was helping a man who could not decide what color for his sunglasses. I watched him look through lenses at the front counter for over 10 minutes. The clerk would not help me in the meantime and all I needed was contact lenses. Poor customer service.
