My fiancé and I rented with RCR for a total of about 2.5 years. The first place We moved into was alright, there was sand all over when we moved in and a mouse living in the kitchen. We had horrible neighbors and they had a dog who attacked mine, Nate was informed and the dog left for about 4 days but came back and we were just told We werent allowed to take our dog out to the front yard of a shared apartment complex. During the winter we didn't have heat in that place so we were given 2 small space heaters and one had a missing wheel so it would fall over, they finally got it fixed 2 weeks before we moved out. This is going to be a long review so if you are serious about them please read!!!!I am very very happy with the company, I am from the state of Maine, and the only down fall of being so far away is they require you to look at the property before signing a lease. No problem for me cause I thankfully had friends that lived there and they allowed him to view the property for me. I first lived on 8th street south in a building with at least a dozen studio apartments. Definitely not worth your time, money and effort. They use very unethical tactics, to say the least. If you're reading this understand I don't leave many reviews. Understand your housing and possibly financial security is at stake when dealing with this business. Good luck.
