The windows are terrible. I haven't had any experience with the customer service, but I hear it is great. But the product is bad. The house we bought has Pella windows and every one of them leaks cold air into the house during the winter. It isn't just a little leak, you can feel a breeze. We've had to start taping up the gaps and seams. Even then it is bad. The quality of the windows is so bad, they let cold air in like crazy. I would never buy Pella windows.
As far as I know they're out of business. Called them several times trying to buy a bunch of Windows for my new house I never return my call. Eventually my call got transferred to the Dubuque Iowa office.
Dustin Mudderman helped me purchase windows for my new house. He was excellent and helped me through this process and made it an enjoyable experience. He helped answer all my questions and explained things very thoroughly.
