I'm so happy I started going to Palm + PINE! Classes are super easy to schedule online, and with the all-access membership it includes two guest passes a month which I've loved bringing new friends who have enjoyed classes as much as I have! All of the yoga instructors are extremely warm and welcoming. If you're thinking about starting to practice yoga this is the place to go!
It had been several years since I had been on the mat, and when I walked into Palm and Pine I felt the warm welcome from Kat and each instructor that I encountered, and immediately felt at ease. Whether you are new to yoga or you are seeking a place to grow your practice, Palm and Pine is the place to go! We are so lucky to have Palm in Pine in our area. :)
I've visited palm and pine when in town on several occasions! By far the most welcoming and supportive community I have been apart of. Attended one of the retreats they offered as well which was such a wonderful experience and cannot wait to sign up for the next one!
